About ListaFix
Almost everyone who keeps a list of customers, clients or members ends up with the same mess: the same person three times, addresses with typos, a column that came out of Excel looking strange, and no easy way to tell what is safe to send to.
ListaFix exists to fix that mess quickly, for free, without making you sign up or upload your contacts anywhere. Every tool on this site runs inside your own web browser, so your lists stay on your computer.
What we make
- Free tools that each do one job well: fix a whole list, remove duplicates, fix typos, split a list and compare two lists.
- Guides written for real people, not engineers, with exact steps for Excel, Google Sheets and CSV files. Browse all guides.
ListaFix and Veml
ListaFix fixes the format of a list. It can't tell you whether an address actually exists. For that we recommend our sister service, Veml, which checks every mailbox on a list without sending any email. It's a paid service with simple pay-once pricing, and it helps keep ListaFix free.
Who's behind ListaFix
ListaFix is made by David Ray, a web developer and digital marketer based in Palm Harbor, Florida. David works with small businesses, realtors and other people who rely on email to reach their customers, and kept seeing the same messy lists over and over. He built ListaFix as the free first step, and founded Veml for the next one: finding out which addresses actually work.
Every guide is checked against official sources from Google, Microsoft and the FTC where they apply, and every spreadsheet formula on the site has been tested in a real spreadsheet program before publishing.
